What would happen if the majority wants to deprive the minority of certain rights?

The whole point of our Bill of Rights is that there are some rights that are not subject to majority rule. If the right your talking about is covered in the Bill of Rights, nothing can happen. That's the whole POINT of the Bill of Rights.
