Should I workout if I feel that I didn't get enough sleep the night prior?

Sometimes I have trouble getting a full night's sleep. My question then is, should I reschedule/postponemy workouts for another day(wherein I get a full night's sleep)? In my high school days I would also be very sleep deprived, yet I worked out regardless. I was seeing average results. By the way, i'm 19 now(then I was 17)
