Replying to kijiji reply to an ad via email?

Okay so I have gotten multiple replies to my ad on kijiji. Many people have emailed me regarding the item for sale. Then I use the "reply" button on my email. However I have sent numerous people replies which includes my phone number. I have sent 10+ people my phone number and none of them have called! What gives!?
