I just now noticed that this isn't right. I wake up almost ten times during the time I sleep. And no matter how long I sleep. I do not feel fully rested. Part of the problem may be from my uncomfortable bed I'm using. But then thought about it but I had a regular, comfortable bed before and I still was waking up alot. I'm 14 and about to go into my freshmen year in high school. And I don't want to go in sleep deprived, what should I do?:/
