I completely ruined my healthy eating yesterday!!? help=[?
So i'm 5'2 and around 112 (and gaining if i dont freaking stop!!!!!!!!) i'm an athlete and i skate... so i really need to stop! i suffer from bigning.. because i restrcited myself for so long to loose weight and i got so deprived so i started binging... i'm currently trying to break the habit. I eat pretty healthy overall i get lots of veggies fruits whole grains yogurts etc...iv'e also been not binging and much and my binges have became much smaller.... and ive been doing soo good so i feel so horrible about this. I was planning on going to the gym today because iv'e been pretty consistent this week starting my gym regimine again... but now i feel like theres no use cuz i blown my diet.. and i know working out does NOT work if you dont eat correctly...I'm trying to forget about it i woke up and ate my breakfast.. but i'm just scared that this will happen again.
