well 112 isn't alot at all, but if you want to lose weight i suggest you try to control yourself i totally understand but next time try to eat better and remember try your hardest not to binge. If you cant maybe you could get out of the house i do it all the time, because if i stay home it will turn into a binge.. or else to avoid binging make sure you eat very small breakfast and lunch and after dinner, it will fill you up.
