How do I explain how I feel about her?
Ok, so I'm 14 and she is 13 (Her name is Delaney). I like her a ton, and I was talking to her best friend about her. Her friend asked me to explain how a feel about Delaney since I am always talking about her. I told her this: "On a scale of 1 to 100, probably like 1000." Which she replied: "That's not good enough." What do I say? I don't want to mess this up since I have never had a girlfriend before.

When your heartbroken or love deprived do u ever physically have heart pains?
Listen, it happens whether your heartbroken, love deprived or not. My hearts fine, no health problems, no broken heart and not love deprived, yet it happens to me every once in a while, sharp stabbing pains in the heart, i have to prepare myself to take a big deep breath which makes it disappear again. Why or what it is, i nor the doctors know, but nothing shows on all the tests and never has, i've been getting it for over ten yrs, with long intravels in between and it always strikes suddenly when i least expect it and it only gives 4 sudden sharp stabbing pains.
I'm starting to work out everyday and I was wondering what a good daily intake of proteins I should have?
Not just proteins but also vitamins, carbohydrates and everything else that's needed in a healthy diet so I don't deprive my body. It would be considered an "intense" workout schedule and I want to start nourishing my body as to have energy throughout the week and not work out for 4 days then crash on the fifth.
